    33To create a ticket you must register.  The registration page says your name and email address is optional, but they're really not! [[br]]

    5 If you don't receive an email within 30 minutes please email josh [at] ixsystems [dot] com with the email address and username that you created the account with.  In some cases the system is not sending confirmation emails and needs to be manually kicked.
