Didn't see this myself, but a user in the forums reports
http://forums.freenas.org/showthread.php?2492-URL-doesnt-appear-in-FreeNAS
My interpretation is that in a system with no usable interfaces, no URL is generated (correctly) but this leads to user confusion (bad). Requested fix is that if no configurable interfaces are identified, that the system ought to report that on the console, rather than just not listing any candidate interfaces at all.
