Add bulk modify of "Edit Disk" parameters in "View Disks"

Description
When editing NAS devices with a large number of drives (e.g. 15) it is quite tedious to invoke the "Edit Disk" dialog for each disk to, for example, set HDD Standby and Advanced Power Management options.
As most users are likely to configure all drives in a group (or entire NAS device) identically, it would be convenient to "shift-select" multiple drives or have an "edit all" button which would save a lot of effort.
