Netmask/prefixlen should be a hard requirement in the network panel

Description

Procedure:

  1. Go to "Network" -> "Interfaces".
  2. Edit an interface.
  3. Unselect the netmask field.

Expected result:

  • User should be told that the netmask value is valid.

Actual result:

  • Data is committed.
  • Network is eventually restarted.
  • FreeNAS instance becomes unreachable.
