Description
the memory is decreasing over time.

Its causing the system to crash when the memory is too low.

I am having the same issue. I hope this will help to isolate the issue.
ZFS with CIFS share on v8.0 RELEASE
By disabled CIFS sendfile(2) seems fixed the memory leak.

We are testing with sendfile disabled in samba now.

It was easier to fix the memory leak than to deal with all the services that can potentially use sendfile.
I have a recompiled zfs.ko that can be dropped into an existing FreeNAS installation, or it will be included in the next BETA (hopefully out today)
