Boot failure on Acer H340 - with dmesg

Description
Currently i use FreeNAS 0.7.X on my Acer H340 following this guide:

Works nicely, just a few minor issues. Now i flashed FreeNAS 8 RC2 via Mac OSX 10.6 to a 4GB USB-Stick this morning, especially to test ethernet with Marvell Yukon 88E8071, which did not work out of the box on 0.7.X.
Flash via Mac OSX 10.6:
brew install xz
diskutil list
diskutil umountDisk /dev/disk1
xz -c -d FreeNasxxxx?.xz | dd of=/dev/disk1
Seems to work, FreeNAS 0.8 RC2 is booting, but it stops after a while with some error messages, including:
could not mount /dev/ufs/FreeNASs3
Unfortunately i cannot provide a detailed error-log until this evening. I'll post it as soon as possible.
