Ticket #1469, comment 3
v1 v2 3 3 For what it's worth I've seen the same thing on my system twice, but I don't have a 3ware card...I use an IBM BR10i (LSi 1068 chip) controller. 4 4 5 Both times happened when I canceled a file copy to the filer over CIFS. When I hit the cancel button in windows Explorer hung locally, samba hung on the filer (couldn't browse from other boxes) as well as taking down my iSCSI disk (VM running over iSCSI hung) and locking up the webGUI. Ssh still worked & the console was still responsive.5 Both times happened when I canceled a file copy to the filer over CIFS. Restarting Samba & AD via the CLI did not revive the services. 6 6 7 7 Shutdown the system via the console option and it hung as described in the ticket.
