Need a method for destroying laggs on the CLI

Description

If you use up all of your interfaces in a lagg, there isn't a way to delete a lagg from the CLI, so if it's misconfigured you're toast.

There should be a way to destroy a lagg interface from the CLI as well (similar to how vlans get destroyed, probably).
