Tree menu doesn't automatically refresh after installing plugin

Description

Procedure:

  1. Install a plugin (successfully).

Expected result:

  • I should be able to configure the plugin and browse around my NAS nigh immediately.

Actual result:

  • Tree menu doesn't render (WTF).

Workaround:

  • Have to reload browser or wait ~15 seconds for the tree menu to magically reappear.
