Add free space size check when installing plugins/plugins jail

Description

I purposely created a VM with less storage (~600MB usable), and the plugins jail install operation failed because there wasn't enough space.

For now I think that adding a check to ensure that the destination plugins jail and plugins path have at least 2GB would be a good idea.

Another side effect is that if it fails it doesn't clean up the temp files leaving even less space.
