Description

There's a lot of documentation missing in the GUI for what needs to be set and/or how it needs to be set (example: "Jail IP address:" -- where do I set that...?).

Adding help text/bubbles is a must for this functionality because it would make the requirements a tad more apparent without having to jump into doc.freenas.org (remember: not everyone has an internet connection when they're connected to their NAS boxes!!!!!).
