dojango forms need a reset button for all fields

Some of the fields in the GUI require values and once a value has been entered in, it cannot be detracted (see ticket 1031 as an example). Having a "Reset" button to empty out the fields and set them back to 'null' defaults without having to clear the entire system configuration would make bugs like 1031 more of an annoyance and less showstopper / teststopper like than they currently are.
