GUI rsync task views

Description

Hi,

Currently the task list tree shows "id (user)" and the list view is not more specific on the actual job.

1) Replace id in task tree with the description.

2) Add description to list view.

This will save time when trying to find a particular job.

3) Ideally, add a "disable" function for each task to avoid delete/add when we just need to disable temporarily.
