'vlan' property should be tied into the interface configuration pane

In order to streamline the way that interfaces are configured, it would be really nice if vlan configuration became a property of an interface. It would at least make one-stop configuration a reality and would make everyone's lives a lot easier instead of having to do the multiple reboot song and dance in order to configure networking.
